I'm staring through the doorway as torrential tears flood the world,
ain't a thing like toes curled in splashing tear-drops, chills the bones.
Seems the goddess is sobbing lightening and growling thunder tonight.
I dare you to stand in her torrent, to feel clothes cling to your skin.
Embracing tenderness, while she storms through the globe.
Ripping, tearing, pouring, gales of emotions blare through the thin
veil of temptations deep within the heart beating rhythm of thundering loins.
Kiss the goddess, sweet temptress, feel her gentle caresses as drops run
gravity's course, traveling lightly across goose bump riddled flesh.
Oh, the world, she's my lover and tonight she weeps for me.
She cries out for injustice, knowing her voice might not be heard.
She cries out against corruption, knowing she might be ignored.
She cries out for understanding, knowing they may never see,
the truth behind their lying propagandized dreams. The goddess weeps
those powerful tears, saturating corruption with every falling drop.

She Weeps for Me

I once ran home through a storm and lost one of my shoes. It was buried so deep in the water that I couldn't find it. I smiled big, let the rain fall down my clothes (BUT NOT MY HAIR--A SISTA NEVER EVER LETS HER HAIR GET WET AND MESS UP A GOOD PERM) , and laughed all the way home with one shoe on. One of the best moments in my life. I love rain.
