Aujourd'hui at the Four Seasons Hotel. Aujourd'hui is a AAA Five Diamond French restaurant located in the Four Seasons Hotel. French influenced decor includes cozy nooks surrounded by floor to ceiling wine cabinetry. Soft colors of pale blue and yellow offset the oak floors and dark chocolate furnishings. The atmosphere is comfortable and elegant. Chef de Cuisine William Kovel and his classically trained team serve refined French cuisine. Tasting menus change weekly for the freshest of offerings.
