For years the largest and most exciting Christmas light displays in San Diego County has been at Knob Hill. Located at 1639 Knob Hill Road in San Marcos California, this is one of the most visited displays in San Diego County. Located West of the 15, take 15 North to Highway 78 West.

Knob Hill has over 80,000 lights, 20 rope light figures, 100 plastic figures, 100 candy canes, 80 snowmen, and many other Christmas fantasy land displays to feast your eyes upon.The homes are on display from November 25th through January 2nd, the entire holiday season. The hours you can view the lights are from 5:00PM to 9:00PM daily.

As if the elaborate Christmas light display was enough, there is even a Santa Clause that arrives about two weeks before Christmas. He can be seen between the hours of 6:30PM and 8:00PM except for Wednesdays. Santa is available for pictures and will be giving out candy canes. The owners of this property have been decorating for over 15 years now. What a wonderful asset to any community. San Diego Bay is the place to be between the dates of December 10 and December 17th as the 35th Annual Port of San Diego Parade of Lights kicks off. The parade of lights operates both days from 5:30PM until 9:00 PM. If you have never seen the Bay lit up with Christmas light covered yachts and other water crafts, you will want to make this a part of your Christmas Tradition. The fireworks begin a 5:30PM with the light Parade immediately following. The parade usually lasts a couple of hours depending on where you are on the parade route.
