It's fun to eat out at restaurants. Not only can you try new foods, but there's no clean up or dishes to deal with after the meal is over. Unfortunately, restaurant dining can be expensive especially if you do it on a frequent basis. What if there were ways you could get free food at restaurants? That would certainly make the meal taste better, wouldn't it? If you're prepared to do a little work, there are ways you can get free food at restaurants. Restaurant owners are busy people who seldom have time to devote to online website maintenance. If you have skills in this area, why not set up a barter system? Concentrate on targeting smaller, independent restaurants with this idea as opposed to chains and you should meet with success.

If you're a chowhound who enjoys writing about your culinary experiences, offer to blog about the restaurants food on a weekly basis in exchange for free meals. When you visit the restaurant for your free meals, bring along your digital camera and take photos of your entrée to post on the blog. This could bring in quite a bit of business to the restaurant as well as serve as a source of free food for you.

Offer to replace a magnetic banner on your car advertising the restaurant in big, bold print. (you can get ones that are easily removable without harming your car).
