How to Watch Netflix Instant View on Firefox

So, you're too cool for school, huh? Had to go and join the cool kids and download Firefox to use to browse the Internet, but you have a Netflix account, and now you've realized that you can't watch Netflix Instant View with Firefox. Now, every
time you want to go and watch an episode of NewsRadio you've got to open up an Internet Explorer window. Well, dry your tears my friend for there is a solution to your problem and I am going to walk you through to the promise land. Watching Netflix Instant View with Firefox.

First, let me congratulate you on taking your first step to Web-Nirvana by downloading Firefox and joining the rest of us, it's like joining a super cool cult, without all the suicide-jello. If you haven't downloaded Firefox, then go ahead and visit the first link at the end of this article, and join us!

Your first (and really only) step in being able to watch Netflix Instant View with Firefox is to download the IE tab add-on for Firefox. You can do this by either going to the Firefox Add-on site and searching for it, but when I gave that a try it took me forever to find so I recommend just following the second link at the end of this article. Once you've got it downloaded go ahead and restart Firefox.

Okay, are you back with me now? You've already got the tool you need for watching Netflix Instant View with Firefox, but how about I explain to you how you go about doing that? The IE Tab add-on gives you the ability to have a tab open with Internet Explorer rendered inside of it. In simple terms, you can have any tab in Firefox turn into an IE Tab. That means if you have Netflix.com open you can turn your Firefox tab into an IE one and then you no longer have any troubles watching Netflix Instant View with your Firefox browser.

You have two ways to do this, the easy and the hard.

Actually this does nothing, the minute you write "Get IE-Tab" you have taken it out of firefox and once again put it back into IE as you NEED IE to use the tab and thus Linux users are left out.
