The managerial approach to happiness considering the body, mind and intellect as resources and adding time also as a resource confers several benefits. This is more so if we take refuge in spirituality which gives us considerable strength .Let us consider the main benefits.

Such a person is in peace with himself. He radiates tremendous calmness all around. It is a pleasure to enter into conversation with him. Life becomes smooth and intergrated personality development is ensured. Life balance is achieved.

There is reduction and elimination of greed. We attain happiness with sustainability. The situation reduces the intensity of unhappy memories. A nimble brain has tremendous processing power. It helps the mind to get satisfied easily and allows enough working memory space in the brain. Majority of 100 billion neurons in the brain are available to focus on a single thought. So less memory is locked up in the brain to think about routine worldly activities and attachments. This act can help in freeing the mind from psychological knots, which can take up a major portion of the memory. Removal of these knots helps to make the mind calm and fit for deep thought.

As a person progresses priorities in life change. His focus of life shifts more towards getting personal happiness through mental peace. He becomes internally secure and humble. This helps to promote all round sustainable development and life style. He gets inspiration and his speeches inspire others.

He says, "Undisturbed calmness of mind is attained by cultivating friendliness towards the happy, compassion for the unhappy, delight in the virtuous and indifference towards the wicked". This statement can help all humans to live a very full and happy life.
