The best information site on the web that I have found is Associatedcontent.com. You can go to their site and search for just about anything and find it. Often find several articles on the subject. It is also free to use if you just want to read the articles, or watch the videos or listen to an audio file.

Associated Content is so special because of the Content Providers. People from all walks of life contribute articles, videos and audio files to the site. There are many professional writers who submit stuff. But mostly it’s everyday people with knowledge about a particular subject who send stuff. Everyone who is 18 or older and a U.S Citizen can be paid for submitting material. Payment amounts vary but the more you get published and viewed by the public, the more generally you will make. Some people make hundreds of dollars a month, some just a few bucks here and there. But the Content Providers put a lot of quality information out there each month.

Associated Content was started in November 2004 by Luke Beatty, Tim Armstrong and Leonardo De La Rocha. The company makes money by advertising and they also license out content to third party websites or companies for a fee.

The information put out by the CP’s boggles the mind. The search engine on site will take you to whatever type if information you require. Need to know the best restaurants in a certain city? There is a good chance we have it. Need to know how to make Christmas Decorations on the cheap? We got that for sure. I am going to list just a few of my own favorite writers and a little about their articles. And there are many many more quality writers that I don’t mention. They make AC the best information site on the web.

My favorite writer about firearms is Mark LeFebre . He has some good firearm review articles and I hope he adds more.

Thanks for the nod. It means a lot. I'd like to thank God, my parents, my producer, the record label, MTV, and of course, my fans!

Thanks for mentioning me, Randy. The one on Baker Hotel was a lot of fun to write. I've been intrigued by the place ever since I visited it, so it was neat to research it a little. Glad you liked it! And I agree with many of your other CP picks. There are some great ones included.

You definitely chose the right CPs. I try and make a note to view the articles of most of the CPs you listed.
