As Jean Piaget said . . . "to understand is to invent" means to me, as thinking, very deeply because what comes of it, changes you and the world you perceive, around you.

Understanding takes patience and to invent, miniscule detail by miniscule detail, takes great patience. But what about those that cannot understand something because it lays beyond their immediate comprehension. Are these individuals doomed? Or just repressed cognitively or actually physically held back ?

Something is amiss in our universal laws if harmony is so difficult to maintain. This is my concern for all of our nations, all of the people who don't understand what is happening to them and how if they don't know, cannot truly help. So I figure it takes educating the masses with our own thoughts on the subject. We can invent change if we understand what it really encompasses, right ?

Yet it seems so easy to play in the hands of our political and religious factions who tend to steer us, rather corral us like a herd, and control simply by what everyone is 'to know, nothing more, nothing less'. Subdued . . . angry about it, you bet ! How to project more awareness--thats where you come in.

To gather experiences from reflections, notes to self, memories and then share is, in my humble opinion, a very valuable secl-actualization tool. It is one of the most educational, humorous, debate-igniting, thought-provoking, talent-promoting, real people connecting venue for growth and self-expression. To see in print what we have to offer our family, friends, colleagues and strangers, is eye-opening. It takes in-depth soul-searching AND is a great tool for self-improvement because it opens up new roads for ideas to be discovered on. I find ranting and raving, craving and sharing, writing o these reactions to my emotion, my GPS of sorts, my best and not so good, even worst stuff, people who care, notice, and understand, thrills me !

Thought provoking article! At the moment I'm engaged in creating better customer service. I think it would better our world if we treated one another with respect.
