I don't know why anyone wouldn't put a WEP key or a hex on their network. I am still consistently amazed when I find "open" high networks, and I have no qualms about "stealing" their bandwidth :P Regards, Jesse

If you find $100 bill on the street, the police here wont even let you turn it in.. no way to trace the owner, and 1000 people will claim they lost the $100.

you can get sum1's internet by using programs found online that will scan the surrounding area better than the normal wifi detector on your computer.

(If you find a 100 dollar bill on the street, is it stealing? Sure, the moral thing is to turn it in to the authorities... If your neighbor's internet is open to the public, is it stealing? Sure the moral thing to do is walk next door and let them know they are letting the whole neighborhood use their internet... Good point darthlaidher!! I like how ya said it...) TAKING A 100$ BILL ON THE STREET IS NOT STEALING BECAUSE IT WAS THERE BECAUSE SOMEONE LOST IT. IF YOU SEE IT IT IS YOURS, OTHERWISE ANOTHER1 WILL TAKE IT. IT IS THE SAME WHEN U FIND A GOLD RING ON THE STREET, YOU SAW IT YOU KEEP IT, IT IS LIKE TAKING A STONE FROM THE COUNTRYSIDE. AND IF THERE IF YOUR NEIGHBOR HAS INTERNET OPEN, TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT AND DO NOT SAY ANYTHING TILL HE FINDS THAT OUT, DON'T BE SILLY. IF YOU CAN HAVE FREE THINGS WHY NOT?????SOMETIMES AMERICAN PEOPLE USE TO BE STUPID-POSTED BY AN EUROPEAN GUY.
