All rankings are based off of a standard head to head scoring system (touchdowns, interception, yards, fumbles) in mixed AFC/NFC leagues.

For sleeper, breakout, and bust player picks, check out the key below.

BUST = player will register far below their 2007 stat totals
BREAKOUT = player will surpass expectations and/or have a career year in 2008
SLEEPER = player will be a late round pick or go undrafted and has a good chance of producing fantasy worthy stats in 2008

Good Luck to Everyone This Fantasy Football Season!

WIDE RECEIVER RANKINGS

1. Randy Moss - New England Patriots
After a few years of fantasy non-relevance, Moss has regained fantasy stardom with Tom Brady at the helm. Expecting last years record numbers is somewhat unrealistic, however a dozen touchdowns and 1,200 receiving yards is almost guaranteed.

2. Terrell Owens - Dallas Cowboys
Love him or hate him, T.O. is a great fantasy wide receiver and should definitely help fantasy teams win their leagues this season.

3. Reggie Wayne - Indianapolis Colts
If Marvin Harrison continues his decline in 2008, then Wayne will have everything to gain in the Colts offense and become Peyton Manning's number one option.

4. Steve Smith - Carolina Panthers
It's this simple: If Jake Delhomme is healthy and plays then Smith is a top 5 fantasy wide receiver, if Delhomme is injured and doesn't play then Smith drops out of the top 10 as a fantasy wide receiver.

5. Andre Johnson - Houston Texans BREAKOUT
He is one of the youngest and most talented wide receivers in the NFL. If he stays injury free, he could very easily make a leap into the top 3 as a fantasy wide receiver by seasons end.

6. Braylon Edwards - Cleveland Browns
Much like Andre Johnson, Braylon is a bright young playmaker at wide receiver.

7. Larry Fitzgerald - Arizona Cardinals
With Kurt Warner at the helm you know Fitzgerald will get his yards and touchdowns. With Leinart at the helm, well you just don't know what might happen week in and week out.

8. TJ Houshmandzadeh - Cincinnati Bengals
If Chad Johnson leaves Cincinnati, Houshmandzadeh will flourish more than he already has.
