The resort features twelve 35'X70; pull through sites with electrical. There are eighty-five 28'X60' back in sites, also with electrical. All sites have access to water, sewage, and phone hook ups. Pets are allowed at the resort as long as they stay leashed, and owners clean up after their pets.

A resort store features a recreation room with a large screen satellite television. Recently remodeled showers and restrooms are also available. Those who need to stay in touch with reality can utilize the facility fax machine, copier, and even send emails from the main office. A heated pool, horseshoes, shuffleboard, playground, and picnic tables are also available at no extra charge.

Back-in RV's are charged $30 per day, with weekly and monthly rates also available. Primitive sites are available for rent at a rate of $15 per day. Pull-through RV's are charged $35 per day, with longer stay discounts available. Premium tent sites are rented at $22 per day. On site, storage is also available. Rates are based upon two adults and two children, extra charges per adult are $1 per day and $.50 per day for children.
