Cantaloupe is readily available during June to August for summer fun and enjoyment. You can often find cantaloupe year round to enjoy for eating as well. 1 fresh medium to large cantaloupe
¼ fat free margine
½ cup of all natural honey
1/3 cup of freshly picked mint leaves
Wooden Skewer Sticks

Combine the butter, honey and mint leaves in a small metal pan. Place on hot grill until the mixture is melted and smooth together. Stir frequently. It normally takes about three minutes on the grill to mix the sauce. Remove the pan from the heated section of the grill.

Cut the cantaloupe into bite size chunks. Thread the cantaloupe onto the wooden skewer sticks. Lightly coat with the sauce you prepared on the grill.
