How to Get Rid of Anger

Some people make me angry
by the way they talk.
They scream and yell at anything,
making you feel like you're a "ding."

They talk so loud and violently,
on and on so aimlessly.
They can't be reasonable. They go on and on,
Their fire is never gone.

I try to turn the fire
into smoke,
but it is useless,
I give up hope.

This type of person,
I can't ignore.
They're always there,
right at my door.

How do I get rid
of my anger at them?
I let it out,
by writing in pen.
