Summer is a great time to kick back and take a break with iced Irish cream coffee. It's a delicious drink and there's not a lot of work involved to make iced Irish cream coffee. You can sit outside on the deck or visit with a friend on the patio with a nice cup of iced Irish cream coffee.Iced Irish Cream Coffee Yogurt Treat: Ingredients
One pot of double strong-brewed Irish Cream coffee (ten to twelve cups). Decaffeinated coffee may be used as well.
Approximately three cups of low-fat, sugar-free vanilla frozen yogurt
Iced Irish Cream Coffee Yogurt Treat: Preparation
Fix the pot of double strong-brewed Irish Cream coffee. Pour coffee into a heat-proof plastic pitcher. Chill in refrigerator for approximately two hours. You can even fix it and leave in the pitcher over night.
After the Irish cream coffee is chilled, pour 12 ounces into a blender. Scoop in ½ cup of the frozen yogurt. Blend for fifteen to thirty seconds. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
