I really enjoy eating fish in the summer. Through trial and error, I have found some really tasty summer recipes for fish. The taste of redfish is delicious. Redfish is flaky, moist and light-tasting. This summer recipe for chilled redfish is easy to fix and tastes great after a long day in the sun doing yard work or just having fun.

Ingredients

Whole redfish
1 fresh crushed garlic clove
Lemon-pepper seasoning
3 lemons squeezed fresh
½ cup of melted margarine
2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp chopped parsley

Sauce Preparation

Combine the margarine, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and lemon juice together. Cook for approximately 5 minutes.

Finishing the Fish

Sprinkle garlic and lemon-pepper over redfish. Coat redfish with the sauce. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for one hour. Baste often during the cooking process. Fish will flake apart when done. Chill for one hour. Serve cold with horseradish sauce or tartar sauce.

Sounds delicious because I really like Worcestershire sauce. Also I love fish but it does not matter when I could live on it! Great job!
