Rumor: Brett Favre to Go to the Washington Redskins
Amidst a firestorm in Green Bay speculations have begun to churn out. Obviously there is little chance for Brett Favre to end up within his division because the Packers do not want to have play him twice. However, outside their division lies some interesting prospects.
One of the names mentioned is Daniel Snyder's Redskins. Snyder has always been known for creating a big splash and a name like Favre would do just that. The Redskins have some questions at Quarterback with Campbell so picking up Brett Favre for a year or two would
not be a bad idea as this team is running out of time with the talent they have, Head Coach Jim Zorn is also connected with Favre from back in the Holmgren days. So Favre would need minimal time to pick up the offense.
The liklihood of this happening is slim, unless the Redskins come up with a sweet offer for the Packers.
