Nioxin - A Hair Treatment for Thinning Hair

I am a 22 year old male. I learned at 17 that I was so lucky to get the receding hair line gene from my Father! As I reflected on my Disney World vacation I had taken in 2005, sorting through pictures I realized, "Wow! Either my forehead grew, or my hair line receded tremendously!" At this young of an age, you can realize my frustration. Continuously wearing a hat to cover my huge forehead probably did not help the situation at all!

A co-worker recently informed me of a product he had been using... Nioxin. I did some research, and found this could be what I need after all. I went to a local salon, and bought a large bottle of the Nioxin Cleanser (shampoo), and the Nioxin Scalp Therapy (deep conditioner). I began using it the same day.

As I scrubbed my scalp with the Cleanser, I noticed the strong Minty fragrance coming from it. The best way to use the Cleanser is to really rub it directly onto the scalp, and make sure to especially rub it in on the spots where there is predominant thinning or hair loss. Directly after washing the Cleanser out, my scalp felt like it was really being exposed to air... like the very first time! It was great. I slightly dry the hair, then I use the Scalp Therapy Conditioner. There is no need to use an excessive amount of either the Cleanser or the Scalp Therapy, a little goes a very long way. Work the Conditioner into the scalp, especially on the predominantly thinning or hair loss areas. Soon you will feel a tingling feeling on the scalp. The product is repairing your hair follicles, and cleaning them out. Leave the Scalp Therapy on your hair and scalp for about five minutes, then rinse and dry. For anyone that has dry scalp or dandruff, check your scalp when you are finished... I had no dandruff whatsoever after my very first use! It truly is amazing. I have used many dandruff shampoos, and have never seen any results.
