When the Christmas season is coming up there are some really great things you can do to make it the best one you ever had. If you normally get an artificial tree consider doing this for a really great experience. Some people do this every year and I remember it well. With this in your holiday, whether you always do it, never have and want to or sometimes you do, it is something you have to experience because it is such a great memory to have. A memory that will never leave you no matter where you will ever go because creative Christmas traditions make the holiday the best it can ever be.

It is getting the Christmas tree. Usually getting a live tree all the time is usual for me. That means going to a parking lot and picking one out. That is wonderful too, that is a creative Christmas traditions for a lot of people. I was used to doing that and with the most fond memories of those creative Christmas traditions. Then, as the years passed it was easier to do the artificial tree. Pressed for time you just throw it up and sometimes you just fold it down with all the ornaments on it so you just have to put it up the next year without any of the work. That is easy, less time consuming, but somehow you remember the difference. When you had more time and there was a real tree and you decorated it with care.

You need one of the best creative Christmas traditions to spruce back those great memories and keep them there for years. You need to go to the Christmas tree cutting park and cut your own tree down. Yes, with a saw, yes you have to do it. Walking through all the trees in the freezing cold with all the snow around you will find the tree you fall in love with. This is one of those creative Christmas traditions that you will never ever forget. You will even remember the snowflakes as they melt on your skin, you will remember every second of cutting down your own Christmas tree. There is nothing quite as special as making that a part of your holiday. Perhaps it is knowing that you picked that tree out of all of the other ones that were there or just realizing you cut down your own tree. It makes for such happy feelings.
