For instance, for those that have special needs that need to be met, you will need to contact Guest Services to inform them of the special needs that you have. In some instances special needs requirements may take up to two weeks to arrange. The sooner you contact Guest Services, the sooner they can start on your arrangements before your arrival.
If you are planning a trip to the Universal Studio Tour and Hollywood Theme Park, you may want to consider the height of your little ones. By not considering the height of your youngsters, your wonderful vacation could turn into a miserable time.
The height requirement to ride many of the rides is forty-eight inches, like The Revenge of the Mummy. However, you will need to be forty-six inches tall to ride Jurassic Park, and at least forty inches tall to ride Back to the Future. If you or your child does not meet the height requirements, you will not be allowed on the rides. There are measuring sticks, like you see at carnival rides, at each of the attractions.
You will not be allowed to ride the rides even if you are half an inch to short. The staff members are trained to adhere strictly to the rules so that your safety is ensured. Just a hint, do not try to use your high heels or platform shoes to gain the height advantage as it will not work, since other park visitors have already tried every trick in the book.
