Iced Mocha Smoothie

This sinfully delicious smoothie is filled with high quality muscle building protein and is great as a pre-workout drink or add some carbs on the side for a post-workout meal. This is much tastier
and healthier than coffee shop mochas.
Ingredients
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 tbsp instant espresso powder
6 oz fat free or low fat soy milk
4 oz cold coffee
10 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until the ice is almost crushed. Top
with whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings if desired.
