The gift of beauty; the pride of existence
The spark of sweetness and splendor
Smile a little, see the essence
The lights of color and candor

The gift of beauty; the blossoming lilies
The fragrant fruits of field and farm
Halt a little, hail the hollies
The sweetness of joy and jam

The gift of beauty-what a feature!
The grace and glory of life and living
Be a little, show your nature
The river of joy, deep and roving

The gift of beauty; the vain man's contumely
The pain and poison of the soul and mind
Want a little, err completely
The vale of vices you might yet find

Interesting rhyme scheme, even more interesting content. This poem is great!
