How to Send Photos Through Hotmail

In this tutorial I will show you how to send photos through your Hotmail account. If you are new to web based email, this tutorial will help you. Sending photos through Hotmail is quick and easy. In just a few easy steps, you can send that photo to a friend or loved one. This is a great way to share photos and it is quick. I will take you step by step through this tutorial.

The first step is to login to your Hotmail account. Once you have logged in, click the New link at the top of your inbox. When the page reloads, you will see a blank message template. Go ahead and fill in the To field and the Subject field. If you want to type a message, go ahead and do that too.

Go to the top of your message and click the Attach File button. It is right above your header fields. When the page reloads, you will see the field with the Browse button. Click the Browse button. A box will open and you will need to locate the photo that you want to send. Click the photo and click the Open button on the box or double click the photo and it will automatically open the file.

If you only want to attach one photo, go ahead and click the Attach link at the top. If you want to add more photos, click the Add More Files link. Then you will need to locate the other files that you want to attach and open them. To attach more files click the Add More Files button again. Continue doing this until you have all of the photos that you want to add. If you want to remove a photo, click the X beside the photo that you want to use.

When you have finished adding your files, click the Attach button at the top of your window. You will be carried back to your message template. You will see an extra field in the header. This is your attachment field and you will see your attachments in that field. Once you are finished with the message, click the Send button to send it. The next page will tell you that your message was sent.

That is all there is to it. It's that easy to send a photo. You can send a lot of photos quickly through web based email. It takes a lot longer if you are using Outlook. I use outlook for my email but when I am sending photos through email, I always use Hotmail.
