Once to die is man's total fate

What can one do to avoid it?

Nothing, man, nothing you can do

Once to die is your final due

Eat well if you can

Run, walk--a worthless plan

Once to die is for all

An inevitable, final call

Is your soul safe from the fire of Hell?

Does Jesus know you, in you does he dwell?

Is there peace in your heart of all your deeds?

Or is there something you sorely need?

Once to die, then judgment will come

A man's life of all his squalid sum;

Hope that his hopeless

Faith that is faithless

O man where is your salvation?

Praise God for his Only Son

An everlasting hope; an everlasting faith

For wicked men of all color and shape

Jesus the Righteous makes it plain

That He is the way to rid sin's stain,

From the heart of men--a complete purge

Giving power over any sudden urge

Once to die is man's total fate

No one knows their final date

A life to answer for; a judgement to come

This is man's total sum

Once to Die

Jesus= Heaven.
