Topping Off Your Bridal Wardrobe with Wedding Shoes
Embed:
Many brides believe that wedding shoes don't make much of a difference when it comes to their bridal wardrobe. They may think that since wedding shoes aren't as visible, it won't matter if they are not as fancy as their wedding dress. Well, while this line of thinking is true to some extent, there are other aspects associated with wedding shoes that can make a world of difference when it comes to a bride's appearance. For example, if a wedding is taking place indoors, and the bride is relatively short, wedding shoes can give her a generous boost in height. This is especially the case if the heels on the shoes are high and skinny.
On the other hand, if a wedding is taking place outdoors, especially in a beach setting, brides will want to invest in flat wedding shoes. Why? It's simple. High-heeled wedding shoes just look out of place in a beach area....assuming that the bride can even walk in them. This is not an issue with flat wedding shoes, which are often specially designed for such situations. In fact, some of them are even flip-flops... shoes that offer the most amount of comfort.
There are also wedding shoes designed for 'themed' weddings. An example can be seen in the Cinderella wedding shoe. With these shoes, a see-through pattern is used to simulate the appearance of a 'glass slipper.' And, since the shoes are usually created from vinyl, they offer as much comfort as any other style.
What if a bride feels she needs more choices for her wedding shoes? Her best bet is to go online and look for styles that interest her. If she finds that the colors are a problem, she can opt for a dyeable wedding shoe. What is a dyeable wedding shoe? It is simply a shoe that can be custom-dyed by the bride herself or from a professional. When the dyeing process is finished, the shoe looks like brand new. No one will be able to tell that the color on the shoe wasn't originally a part of its design, which is especially advantageous for brides trying to match their shoes with their dress.
