Raise your hand, if you're still on the fence, when it comes to risking real money on stock investing.Thank you, hand down please.
What seems to be the source of your apprehension? Is it the thought of losing money while the overall economy is in such a slump? Is it a lack of education and know-how about trading stocks? For most, however, it is the initial cost of acquiring stocks that are only substantial if garnered in big numbers. That initial outlay is always the kicker. If you can afford 1,000 shares at $20 each, then you feel that you can do something substantial with your stock. Otherwise, many of us fall way below this financial level, especially nowadays, and we can only dream about purchasing 1,000 shares, let alone 100.
However, a haven for the hesitant stock trader exists in the form of penny stocks. These cheap, yet very active and potentially lucrative stocks, are extremely easy to trade in. In addition, the initial financial outlay makes them very accessible. For those of you that want to buy stocks in abundant numbers, but don't have tens of thousands of dollars laying around, there is no better investment choice than penny stocks.
I know, I know. There's hundreds of companies offering "practice accounts", supplemented by adverts to join their membership long-term and receive the real goodies and support. However, a practice account won't make you any money, even though it won't lose you any money either. Taking the plunge and investing real money can be a daunting task. In this economy, most of us are trying to save as much money as possible to cover the increasing prices of fuel and food. It is hard to fathom risking money on something that may not return a cent. The key is to educate yourself as much as possible on stock trading and make that leap to investing real money with confidence and the know-how necessary to optimize your chances to prosper.
With the average price of penny stocks hovering around $.08 - $.10 each, it is clear to see the potential of these prices doubling, and you prospering by watching the trading signals closely, and most importantly, taking action.
