Maggie Gyllenhaal has been very busy if you look at all the news articles dated July 17, 2008. As you read the articles you know they obviously weren't written in this time frame.

The article MAGGIE GYLLENHAAL - PAPARAZZI FIRE HOAX DISGUSTED NEW MUM GYLLENHAAL had to be written before Dark Knight even began filming. Maggie Gyllenhaal was still considering the role in Batman and she had just had a baby. The article states the baby was five days old when the paparazzi sent a false fire alarm so everyone would vacate the building and the paparazzi could take pictures of the newborn. This incident made Maggie Gyllenhaal think twice about taking any acting roles.

What kind of person would make a new mother bring a newborn baby of five days out in the middle of the night in New York? Has our world gone that crazy? All we have to do to think of an answer to that is to remember Princess Diana.

According to MAGGIE GYLLENHAAL - GYLLENHAAL BLAMES BATMAN NERVES FOR BROKEN TOE Maggie Gyllenhaal was like a school girl on her first day of school waiting for the premiere of the Dark Knight. She said she was so nervous she walked across her room and whacked her foot. She said she was so stunned she didn't even feel the pain. She was talking to David Letterman Wed. July 16, 2008 and let him know of her misfortune. Maggie Gyllenhaal compared herself to an Indie actress. I unfortunately do not get the meaning of that. An Indie actress?

The publicity surrounding the stars of the Dark Knight has paid off this weekend in the box office. The Dark Knight topped a whopping $155 million, more money than last year's favorite Spiderman 3. There is something about these super heroes.
