Holiday CD's: Music for You Holiday Season

Holiday CD’s are plentifu, whether you are one of those people who enjoy listening to traditional Holiday music by your favorite artist, or prefer audio books. Here are a couple of Holiday CD’s that might be of interest to you.

Sarah McLachlan Christmas CD- sings such songs as” What Child This, WinterSong, River, Silent Night and, also collaborates with Diana Krall on the song, Christmas Time is Here.”

Christmas with the Rack Pack-this CD is for people who like a little “cool” with their Holiday music. Sammy Davis JR, Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra all take turns singing songs like “I’ve Got You to Keep Me Warm, The Christmas Song, and The Christmas Waltz.”

A Charlie Brown Christmas CD- has 16 tracks performed by Vince Guarldi and his trio. Songs included on the CD are. O Tannen boam. My Little Draw, and The Christmas Song”

Diana Krall CD- sings 12 tracks, which include traditional favorites like “Santa Claus is Coming To Town, What are You doing Christmas Eve and Let is Snow.”

Chris Botti: December-considered a melancholy CD by reviewers and might not be to every ones taste. Some of the songs that Botti plays are “The Christmas Song, I really Don’t Want much For Christmas, Silent Night, and I will be Home for Christmas.”

A Christmas By Charles Dickens, an abridged addition- narrated by Patrick Stewart. The story centers around Ebenezer Scrooge, and three ghost that comes to visit him on the Christmas Eve to show him the error of his ways.
