Blood and Bones

This is very moving and evokes mixed emotions of tenderness and the sadness that can only be experienced in such depth by the heart.

Very bitter sweet. We hardly ever see the depth of the things around us because we as a people are surface swimmers. But sometimes, when we are forced by either love or loss, to take a deep breath of air and dive down to the bottom of the glass that is our life, we find the tiny grains of sadny sugar that we could not see from above. Sometimes they are the truths that hurt us because we did not want to see them ... sometimes they are the realizations of our mistakes or the confessions of our loved ones we did not listen to. But either way, no matter ... we are always rewarded with the swim back to the surface where the light is and the never ended chances to stir that glass and know, that each time we do - those grains land in a different pattern and we must again go and see what it's all about. that is to say, we aren't acutally making mistakes, we're just trying to make it as good as possible.
