Simple Office Exercises You Can Perform at Any Time Without Any Equipment

I know it is very difficult for office working people to get the extra time for their daily exercises. So to help people like you to tone your body and to be fit all the time I have come up with very simple but very powerful near desk exercises you can do in your spare time in your office. These exercises are very easy to perform and can be done in as short time as possible. Those exercises will keep you fresh and make yourself rejuvenated which is very critical thing for your best performance in your office life.

1) Knee Stretching Exercise: In this exercise, you can pull your left leg towards your chest by grasping it with both of your hands and press that left leg towards the chest by counting till 5 seconds and after that slowly release that left leg back to its normal position. Repeat this process for your right leg. You can perform this exercise 10-12 times of the day.

2) Desktop Push Ups Exercise: In this exercise, you will stand few distances apart from your desktop and then put your hands on the desk by keeping some distance in your shoulders. Then lower your chest towards the desk by keeping your back straight. And after that push yourself towards the desk and slowly pull out. Repeat this exercise for 10-12 times a day. This will strengthen your shoulders and make your back straight and you will feel relaxed.

3) Shoulders, Back and Hip Stretching Exercise: In this exercise, you will simply put your palms on your lower back in the standing position and will stretch or bent your body in the backward and then forward position slowly and gradually. Each position you can maintain for about 5-10 seconds. You can repeat this exercise 5-10 times of the day to relax your back and stomach muscles.

4) Neck Stretching Exercise: In the relaxing sitting or standing position you can drop your head down and up slowly and then can move your neck to left and right. Slowly drop the chin towards your chest and the raise it as high as possible. You can also rotate your neck in the clockwise first then anti-clockwise direction. This exercise will relax your neck muscles.
