There is this problem out there that is causing people to gain loads of fat; it is a four letter word call diet. People all over the world are searching daily for the new and improved diet, the thing that is going to cause them to finally reach their goals. The problem is the diet they keep going on is causing them to get fatter and fatter. Why is a question that resonates through their heads. The answer is quite simple actually. Stop starving your precious muscle; it is the muscle that burns the fat. Every single pound of muscle burns five hundred calories a day while doing nothing but lying in bed.

When you diet, you eat fewer calories then recommended because the diet books out there want you to see immediate results so you can go around and recommend their diet to others. The problem is the pounds you lose are mostly water and what worst some muscle is lost. These diets are impossible to stick to, so once you stop eating their plan, you gain the weight back quickly and since you lost some muscle your body is burning fewer calories a day so your body gains weight quicker. As any intelligent person can see continuing to go on diets will start a cyclic effect on your body making it harder and harder to lose weight and creating a metabolism that is slower then molasses.

So what is the answer then? Keeping the muscle you have and even increasing it somewhat while burning the fat. Some people will tell you this is physically impossible, but using certain tools, and tricks to convert your body into a fat burning, muscle increasing machine. Below are five tips that can change your body and life forever:
