Easy Day Trips from the Disneyland Area
Easy day trips from the Disneyland area are very simple to accomplish as the area is very compact, and things are easily accessible. Depending on the hotel you are staying in; some actually plan them for you. If so, that is a great way to get out and about
when Mickey and the Disney entertainment is not the goal of the day. Perhaps you are visiting the area for the first time. First up is the Mann's Chinese Theater. Located in nearby Hollywood; it opened May 18, 1927, and was the most elaborate theater of it's day. When you first get there you notice that it is really a sight to see. Elaborate in it's Asian decor on the outside; you must also note the autographs in the cement outside of the theater. It is worth stopping to see and get your picture snapped for a souvenir. Catch a movie while there. You will have lifetime memory.
