Model Mayhem: A Website for Models

I have been using Model Mayhem for quite a few months and I have only found one problem with it. It doesn't notify you when you have mail picture comments, or comments. Other than that it is a terrific site. For those of you who don't know Model Mayhem is a site for models, photographers, make-up artists, wardrobe stylist, etc..

Model Mayhem is a great site for people starting out or for those who have been into it for a while. You can make castings. For example your a model and you want to do a photoshoot but need a photographer. All you have to do is making a casting call for a photographer in your area. If you don't have the money to pay for a photographer you can simply offer TF*. TF is time for print or time for cd. Which means if your a model you get pictures from the shoot. It can be on a CD, or e-mailed. Most of the time they'll e-mail the pictures to you.

Everyone on Model Mayhem is very polite and sweet. You don't have to worry about people making fun of your work or your folio. I find everyone very encouraging and optimistic.

It is the perfect place to get known and to build your folio. Since I've been on there I have gotten so many offers to model. At the moment I have two photoshoots coming up this month and some scheduled for next month.

It really is a great site. If your into the modeling world and wanna get known or to just build your folio I would suggest you join.
