How Racial Integration Could Ruin Societies

I remember awhile back watching an episode of South Park where people from the future come visit our time. All of the people are the same tan color with no hair and all look almost exactly the same. They explain to the citizens of South Park that they are the result of centuries of races breeding with one another until there were no distinctive races left. Most scientists believe that the origins of all mankind as we know it began in Africa, where the first people stemmed off into different groups that gradually populated different parts of the world. These groups then adapted to their situations by evolving to suit their environments. So we actually did stem from one race, and it seems now we could be on our way back there.
It's a lot like dog breeding: the first dogs that humans came into contact with were wolves, which they eventually started breeding to suit specific purposes, like pulling sleds, hunting, or capturing rodents. That is why we have such a variety of dogs today, and we humans love our animal counterparts and have preferences for specific breeds, so wouldn't it be bad to see them all bred back into one "mutt" breed? Designer dogs are an example of the downfall of the dog breeds, and are becoming incredibly popular. You can get a puggle, a cross between a pug and a beagle, or a labradoodle, a cross between a Labrador and a poodle. These types of dogs have become very chic, and more like accessories than pets, which could mean the fall of the purebred. Purebreds, arguably, have many problems. A pug, for example, can suffer from breathing problems. Beagles love to bay very loudly, which could turn some owners off. Put the two together, and you get an unpredictable combination: the best of both worlds, or the worst?
The same goes for interracial children. Blacks, for example, are more susceptible to eye problems like glaucoma. Whites are more susceptible to emphysema. So will the child of an interracial couple end up being more resistant to both of these diseases, or more susceptible to getting both?
