There are numerous benefits of friendships. Not only can they lengthen your lifespan, having good friends will improve the overall quality of your life. Friends can be there through the ups and downs, good times and bad times, and just help make life a little more tolerable at times. Some mothers honestly don't care if they are always in charge, but others prefer f you share the responsibility of hosting play dates. If you are fortunate enough to have a friend with children your age, try your best to host play dates occasionally. One way to truly ruin a friendship is to talk about her behind her back.
