Smackdown Vs. Raw 2007 is a Slam for the XBOX 360

Wrestling games have for the most part, always been fun to play. Dating all the way back to NWO Revenge for the Nintendo 64, wrestling games have always been the kind of games that get you addicted. This year is no different with the recent release of THQ's Smackdown vs. Raw 2007. Once again, the Smackdown series is a success. This year, they decided to release this game on all current platforms other than the Playstation 3, don't worry, there will be a 2008 version for the PS3. THQ makes their next generation gaming debut with a slam, literally. This game is similar, yet much improved from last years' version.

With its release for theXBOX 360 console, Smackdown vs. Raw 2007 takes wrestling to the next generation of gaming, and boy is it nice to look at. The graphics on the game are absolutely amazing and jaw-dropping. Each character looks very close to his/her real life counterpart, and the entrances are incredible. The season mode is back and much improved from last year. With the season mode this year, you can take any current wwe superstar or a created superstar through a long and in depth wwe season including tons of pay per views. Along with the season mode, the general manager mode is back with some improvements as well. Now you have more control over the brand of your choosing and you dictate how many viewers tune into your show by the matches you present to the fans.
