How to Drop Pounds and Lose Weight Successfully and Easily

If you are anything like most Americans then you probably struggle with your weight and you are looking for the best way to drop those extra pounds but you have not found a way to do so. Many people struggle with this their whole lives because they do not know how to best drop those extra pounds but I am here to tell you that it is possible if you are willing to keep a food journal because the things that you put into your body. Losing weight can be simple if you following these direction :1) Be honest
If you eat something then you should write it down, do not forget to write anything that you do eat and do not ski[p writing down and meals that you may take in. Make sure you include your snacks and everything else that you eat including liquids you drink.
2) Look at what you wrote
If your going to change what you are eating then you need to know exactly what you are eating and how you could change it. If you want to lose the weight you should look at what you are eating each day (at the end of the day) and consider the things that you could easily cut out of your days in order to reduce calories.
3) Eat normally then reduce
For the first two weeks you will want to eat what you normally do and then at that point you will have enough data to change your habits. You can cut out the snacks, the after dinner meals and the desserts so that you can drop your daily calories by around 500 each day.
4) Keep it up
Usually when people start to see results they slack off, you should avoid this by continuing what you are doing and staying on track and within three weeks you will start to notice the difference in your weight and the way that you feel each day. You will eat less and be less tired.
5) Enjoy your success
The reason why most people quit their diet is because they can't ever have their favorite things, if you are one of these people just have your favorite dessert once a week and keep yourself within limits. This will make it a lot easier for you to find success in your diet in the long term.
