Anyone of any age could use this product it is so easy. You just fill the water container to the designated line, put in one of the cups, pick the cup size you want: small, medium, large, and poof it starts. You can let it run while you get dressed or do your make up ladies. It is the perfect thing when you are quick on the go. If you are running late you don't need to wait a long time for your coffe, within in a minute you have steaming hot coffee waiting for you. It is also great in offices. If someone doesn't like dark roast they could us a light roast cup or one of tea cups. Companies only need one appliance to suit so many tastes.
