Becoming R2D2 is a little easier with a free, printable mask.

Assemble your own Star Wars costume for Halloween or dress up. Start by using a these free, printable Star Wars mask depicting your favorite Star Wars character. Here are instructions on how to print the masks and how to make them sturdy enough to wear.
What You Need to Make the FreeStar Wars Masks for Halloween or Dress Up
Printer, Paper and Scissors
You will need to have access to a full-color printer. Preferably, the printer should be able to handle a piece of card stock. Print the free Star Wars mask on the card stock and cut it out with scissors.
Or, print the Star Wars mask on regular paper, cut it out and then glue it onto a piece of card stock to make it sturdier.
It 's also possible to print these free masks in black and white, by changing the printer settings. Some of these images, including the helmets, will look fine in black and white. The black and white images can then be painted or colored.
Once the image is printed, cover the entire image side of the mask with a piece of clear laminate. This is optional, but it will help protect the printed mask. This is an important step if your ink is likely to run if it has water spilled on it.
A Hole Punch, Sewing Elastic and Scissors
Use a small hole punch to create small holes on each side of the mask.
Cut up a couple of strips of sewing elastic to tie to the sides of each mask. Using sewing elastic will allow for a more comfortable fit.
An adult should use a small pair of scissors or an Exacto knife to cut out eye holes and nose holes before anyone puts on the Star Wars mask. Start with small eye holes and adjust them to a larger size if needed.
