This simple little Christmas tree ornament is made entirely of edible candy. It is so simple and easy to make, even young children can easily accomplish this task. While it may disappear off of your Christmas tree and into the belly of some child, it is a lot of fun to make and looks great on the Christmas tree.

To Make This Simple Santa’s Sleigh Christmas Ornament Out of Candy You Will Need:

· 2 Candy canes
· Ribbon
· Scissors
· 1 regular Hershey’s chocolate bar
· 2 Hershey's miniature candy bars
· 1 Chocolate wrapped Santa
· small foil wrapped chocolates that look like gifts
· glue gun

Now, take your Hershey’s chocolate bar and run a bead of glue down each long side on the bottom. Press a candy cane into each strip of glue. Make sure you have the hook up and at the front, just like Santa’s sleigh would have,

Now, take your two miniature candy bars and run a strip of glue along one side. Press this chocolate bar on the back of the large Chocolate bar at an angel. Repeat this at the front of the sleigh as well. Angle this miniature bar as well.

Now, take you chocolate Santa and glue him in the front, right behind the first angled chocolate bar.

Now, cut a strip of Christmas ribbon about 10 inches long. Fold it in half. Glue both ends together with the hot glue gun. Now, glue them down low behind the Santa. They work best glued to the original full sized Hershey’s bar.

Now, you can find all kinds of chocolates that are wrapped in foil to look like mini presents. Load up the area behind Santa with all of the Christmas gifts. Start with one layer and work our way up.

Tip: Use your chocolate wrapped presents to hide the ribbon where you glued it on. Your candy Christmas ornament will look more real this way.

You can also use the presents to give support to the ribbon. Make sure they touch the back of the Chocolate Santa clause.

Now, you are finished!
