Beyonce Knowles as once again showed how talented she truly is. Not only is she a magnificent singer, but she is a great actress as well. In the new movie dream girls she plays the role of “Deena”. There are also some other very talented people starring in the movie, like Danny Glover, Jami Foxx, Jennifer Hudson, and Anika Rose to name just a few. This movie is based on a Tony award winning play whose time period is set in the early 1960’s through the 1970’s. It‘s a story about a girl singing group called the Dreamettes, that climbs their way to the top. As you know when it comes to female singing groups there is always plenty of drama and this group was no different. If you are a fan of Beyonce’s than you will not be disappointed in her with this film. She even went as far as losing weight so that she could fit the role perfectly.
