10 Gift Ideas for a White Elephant Christmas

What is a "white elephant" gift? Asking myself this same question many times and finally decided to look it up. Customary with any gift giving occasion, you will have your occasional gag gifts and gifts of no apparent value or use, my friend you have just received a white elephant gift. A gift remembered like no other, a gift that is to be nothing useful, valuable, or pretty - the tackier the better, they say. As an 80's Pointer Sisters song explains, "..a pooper-scooper... a set of never-opened Mt. Rushmore coasters…a singing fish for the wall…the list of acceptable gifts is limitless..." Although "white elephant" gifts are none to be mostly gags, people have been none to give "white elephant" gifts that were the opposite, something of value that was useful or edible. It just depends on what the "white elephant" party planner want to do.
Being that many things can make it into the "white elephant" gift list, I have a few suggestions that might help someone out or give you further insight on what to give.
