There are different decision-making models; [the most popular type of decision making model is the rational model] (Decision Making Confidence). In my limited, but varied experiences in the office world, the rational model has also been the most popular type. It's important to keep in mind that in most of the jobs that I've held, I have not been in the role of making huge decisions. I was in the position of doing what I was told (as an intern with Burningangel.com, Innovation Ads and CollegeOTR). The only decisions I had to make in those offices were how to go about doing what the people in charge told me to do. The one office where I had influence was my time working at the Brooklyn College Kingsman as the associate editor during my days as a student. The rest of the paper will primarily focus on my work at the Kingsman and how I used the rational model in order to make decisions for the paper. It will also discuss how my superiors used decision-making models to keep the Kingsman going smoothly.
