10 New Year's Resolution Suggestions for Jennifer Aniston

The tabloid frenzy has cooled somewhat for this former "Friend." Jennifer Aniston, purveyor of the infamous "Rachel" haircut, one half of one of Hollywood's former Golden Couples-has spent her fair share of 2006 with her personal affairs smeared in gossip rags. She seemed like the prime target for a little friendly collection of potential New Years' Resolutions…

1- "I will cut Vince Vaughn loose." -

Whether they are or are not a real couple is a moot point. It just looks bad for her to be attached to him. He so obviously needs a different type of woman (someone more like Sandra Bullock, perhaps?). And it's painful to watch Jennifer pretend that she really cares for Vince. She gives a new meaning to the word "rebound," and should leave poor Vincey alone.

2- "I will not dye my hair dark brown." -

It seems that whenever a famous actress or celebrity goes through something traumatic, or wants to shake up the paparazzi, she heads straight for the salon for a deep, dark dye job.   Said dye job is supposed to signify the actress' rebuttal of typical blonde "Hollywood standards."   But the trend has become so widespread that it's now the "it" fashion upgrade of the decade.  Celebrities like Britney Spears, Cameron Diaz, and even Lindsay Lohan have all opted for the aggressive hue when attempting to get the respect or attention of the public.   There really is no valid reason why Jen should dye her Hollywood blondish locks a darker color even though her original hue is dark.    Besides making her look like a completely copycat (Her best gal pal is Courtney Cox.) -it would probably just look really silly.

3- "I will get over Brad." -

For someone who was supposedly grieving the loss of her Golden Marriage to Brad Pitt, it seemed strange that Jennifer Aniston popped up on so many magazine covers and talk shows. It's almost as if poor Jen was attempting to force herself to be strong for the public. The more she did so however, the more "obsessed" with showing up Brad she appeared.

4- "I will enroll in acting classes." -
