Outrageous Holiday E-Cards

Sending a holiday e-card is a great way to keep in touch during this busy time of year. Finding the perfect, outrageous holiday card that is sure to bring a grin and a chuckle or three to the lucky recipient is not always that easy to do though. Most e-card sites offer holiday cards that run the gamut from your typical holiday fare to oh so sweet, but outrageous is usually not a part of the mix. With that in mind, I have put together a short list of some of my favorite online sources for those times when nothing but a bit of outrageousness will do.

Hipster Cards

When I first came across HipsterCards.com I was not sure what to think of them. While the site is not that well laid out, if you scroll down and click on Christmas or Hanukkah, outrageous e-cards is the only description that will fit what you will find. The cards are one-sided postcards that you can personalize, but be sure that whoever you choose to send one of these short but to the point cards to can take a joke.

Super Pages

SuperPages.com has some outrageously funny holiday e-cards. Be sure to not only check out those under the Christmas heading, but scroll down to their Fun Occasion E-Cards and click on Fruitcake for some time honored fruitcake humor. The e-cards on this site are also postcards and can be personalized with any message you would like to send.

If mooning reindeer are in your plans for holiday greetings then Regards.com is the e-card site for you. Once there, go right to their free section posted at the top of their home page. Once you are in their free section for e-cards, click on Holidays and Season, and then just scroll down the long list of Holidays until you come to Christmas or the holiday of your choice. Registration is free on the site, and if you choose to sign up you can also make use of their free reminder service for birthdays, anniversaries, and whatever holiday or date you need a bit of prompting to remember.
