Open your Photoshop program and let it load. After it is finished loading, click File > New at the top of your Photoshop window. This will allow you to create a new file. Make your canvas about 500 pixels x 500 pixels big. Select a white background. Then click OK. You will now see your new canvas in your Photoshop window.
Step Two
Select the Type Tool in your toolbar. Draw a rectangle across your canvas big enough for you to type what you want in it. Once you have drawn your rectangle, go to the top of your Photoshop window and enter the following for the type options.
Font – Arial Black
Size 100pt
