The holiday season is upon us and folks everywhere are seeking the perfect holiday wishes to exchange with family and friends. There are gifts to give, cards to mail and e-cards to send.

Electronic greeting cards have opened up a way for millions across the internet to share a bit of cheer with online friends. We meet new people online everyday through our associations, work affiliations, social networking sites and other social activities. We invest our time and energies into these relationships, just as we do in our outside lives; therefore, we want to share the joy of the holidays with these friends and associates.

Others want to spread cheer to distant family and friends, and use e-cards to brighten someone's day. Most of us will receive an online greeting from someone within our own household. Electronic greetings have become a fun way to show you care.

We all have our favorite online greeting website, but during the holidays we send so many e-cards that we need to find more variety than our favorite website offers. So where do we look? The best e-cards greetings websites are right here: 123 Greetings,Blue Mountain, Funny E-Cards, Sloppy Kiss Cards and American Greetings.

If you're looking for variety, start with 123 Greetings. This e-card website has several hundred Christmas e-cards to choose from. That is more than enough to find something for everyone on your e-card list.

When I send e-cards, I usually use 123 Greetings. They always have exactly what I'm looking for and their website is easy to use. When I'm sending a card to someone new, I like to know they will not have trouble accessing their card.

The first stop for animated e-cards should always be Blue Mountain. Blue Mountain always has the most unique animated cards and they have thirty three new Christmas e-cards to choose from.

Even though I use 123 Greetings the most, my favorite e-card company is Blue Mountain. I like getting emails from family and friends commenting on how cute and unique my e-card was.
