How to Earn Extra Money as an Avon Sales Representative!

I became a Sales Representative of Avon when I was at Sixth Form College studying my A Levels; while I had a part-time job, it didn't really cover my busy social life, and so I started looking into ways to make a little extra money every month. Having recently turned 18, I signed up to be an Ann Summer's Party Organiser as I had a natural interest in the work and found the 30% discount extremely tempting! However after being bombarded with calls from my Unit Manager, constantly asking for figures, new ideas and insisting I attended a lengthy (in my opinion pointless) meeting every month, I decided to quit yet still wanted to find a way of making money without feeling as though I was under to pressure to reach certain targets or figures.
