Free Printable Scooby Doo Coloring Pages
Scooby Doo, Velma, Shaggy, Daphne and Fred, Hannah-Barbera's teenage super-sleuths are the favorites of a third generation of children now. Scooby Doo and the gang of Mystery Inc. have enthralled and delighted children since the early 1960s. 'I'd have gotten away with it too, if it
weren't for you meddling kids and your dog!' has become the classic line for villains thwarted by Scoob and his pals.
If you love Scooby Doo and coloring, then here are links for websites with over 100 free printable Scooby-Doo coloring pages, connect the dot and puzzles and other fun stuff. This article also contains warnings for links that may be damaged, slow to load or which may cause your computer to slow down. I've weeded through the websites to find those links that are the safest and easiest to access. Most of the websites will require you to turn off your pop-up blocker to open and print the coloring pages.
To make 'green' or environmentally friendly printabless, remember to set your printer's properties to 'fast, economical' (HP printers) or 'fastest print speed'. This will greatly reduce the amount of ink that your printer uses to print the images. You will still get a good clear copy. If the outline is faint, your child can practice tracing skills by outlining the image with black marker or crayon. We also put all our junk mail and mail inserts with printing on only one side, in a pile near the printer. We use these recycled papers for printable coloring pages.
Caution: Coloring-page.net has quite a lot of junk ads and one pop-up that is most likely a spyware/adware download. Don't use this site. I can't access the coloring pages because there is an ad that you must respond to first. I suspect that it is the spyware download. I also caution about using the familycrafts.about.com link. It has too much junk on it and does not load well, if at all.
