Some Ways to Ease the Stress in Your Life
Stress is a part of everyone’s daily life. Maybe it is stress caused from your job, or an argument with a spouse or family member. Whatever the case stress can cause harm to you both1.Write a letter , this could be a letter to the person or persons causing you the stress ,or a letter to yourself discussing the problems making you stressed. Write down all your feelings ,even if they are terrible hateful things you would never want anyone to see. After you have written down all the things that are making you stressed tear it up or erase it if done on the computer and throw it away. Now doesn’t it feel better getting all the things causing you stress out ? Sometimes we can’t express the way we are feeling or maybe we don’t want to bother others with are stressful problems, this is a way to do that. Remember to throw the letter away if you do not want anyone to read it. You can write a letter every night before bed to get rid of the stress from the day. This will allow you to have a good nights sleep.
