Develop Teamwork Skills in Your Employees

Fun Games that Build Teamwork

Small business owners know that teamwork among employees is an important part of maintaining employee morale, producing a quality product, and offering great customer service. But what should you do if your employees aren't so great at working together?

Try some teambuilding activities! Many are fun and enjoyable, plus they teach your staff a valuable lesson about teamwork. So clear out the conference room or find an open space in the parking lot. Then try one of these teambuilding
 games:

Leading the blind: Lay various objects or obstacles on the floor or ground. Divide your employees into pairs. One of the members of the pair gets blindfolded and must navigate around the objects on the ground. The second member of the pair must guide the blindfolded partner using verbal commands only. After the game, discuss the event with your employees. Did they have trouble trusting their partner? Was the blindfolded partner resistant to taking orders?
